Just short walk away from the beach on Hilton Head Island, this villa is offers true coastal chic. Part of a community development, the home has access to basketball and tennis courts, but there are plenty of tournaments to be had in the house too, with a foosball table and swimming pool. The designated cook can whip up their meals of choice on the outdoor grill, with plenty of seating for most of the house on the patio, while upstairs you'll find a medium sized kitchen for light meals. For peace and quiet, there are several balconies for reading and the bedrooms are fitted with vintage style furnishings and four-poster beds, perfect for hiding away from the world. When you do feel like exploring, the area is rich in activities, with water-sports, walking trails, and cycle routes all easy to access from home.
*The living-kitchen area is a good size but will struggle to host 15 people all at once

*Additional sleeping is found on a sofa bed in the living room and another sofa bed in one of the bedrooms
